After leaving power, the new incoming government will have to restart everything because anything NDC touches becomes a disaster.

No wonder schools were built in places where there are not enough pupils to occupy them. 90% of parents want their kids to go to the big schools in the cities. Simply make them bigger to admit more kids from the villages . In Ghana most of the rich kids goes to the elite government schools. We should reserve 80% of the slots at achimota , adisadel etc for the poor kids. The rich can figure out what to do.
