And in view of the fact that recruitment goes through a time process the bureaucracy in system delays the recruitment and that accounts for the expiration of Financial clearance. And more often than naghut it's not the entire clearance that expires. So the minister should rather seek renewal from the minister of finance and stop the propaganda.
Since he came how many nurses has he recruited. That means if the previous government did not recruit these nurses the unemployment problem would have been dire in the health sector

First of all get these stolen monies back, then we can talk about salaries and the integrity of corrupt politicians. ORAL means nothing but merely an „operation reward all looters“. A thief is a thief, because he or she takes things from persons without their knowledge, false pretenses. What is the different between a corrupt politician and an armed robber? The ORAL has publicly reported with evidence that some individuals have stolen our money but, the question here is why are these individuals still walk around freely? Would you give an armed robber a bail or tell him to come to the court on a given day without first of all arresting him? And why political thieves? Why did you arrest Wotumi twice and release him? Competition between the NPP and NDC, be it governance or ideology, has reached a point where the very societal moral norms have become footnote to normalization of greed, ignorance, intellectual dishonesty and blame by moral equivalence because of the lack of foresight and principles.

No nation, governed by proper planning by men and women with love for country engaged in hiring new public and civil servants without a clue of how national revenue would cater for new expenditures.

The NDC party cannot and must not allow itself to become bland party at par with an NPP party that boasts of majority classroom educated leadership while year-in and year-out it shows itself to rather carry a majority of Ghana's classroom educated dimwits with aptitude more in tune with circus animals who perform for a treat from the circus master.

In their bid to reclaim power, the NPP embarked on the gimmick of employing 15,000 nurses when there was no such budget line in the 2024 budget. Nana Afriye claims administrative norms allows governments to renew financial clearance because the money has been allocated. Coming from a doctor, this is very strange. Look, budget's are drawn, approved and executed on annual basis. And he must note that budgets are the financial expression of plans of government for a period of one year. To Afriye, if financial clearance was granted in June 2024, why were all these nurses not carried on board then? Issuing command and shifting blame based on false pretences must stop. Government must mute this kind of mutiny by going after those involved in creating this mess in the first place. They might even be dreaming of blaming the NDC for the economic woes of haircut, looting, etc.
