This is a clear precedent of "delay tactics", masterminded by the prof Ameyaw Ekumfi and his legal team, delibelately to obstruct normal legal proceedings. I suggest his case, be moved to a "fast track court", instead.
This is just a delay tactics. Next time, it's going to be another excuse. And where is Ken Ofori Atta coming to face trial?
