Otto Addo played 8 WC matches. He won 7, drew one, with no WC match defeats. No Ghanaian coach has ever done that.

    @ Alkabulan
There's some truism in that statement. We qualified for the WC bcoz our players are motivated to play in that tournament. The govt, GFA & the Coach did not play any role in our qualification to the WC 2026..Our ...

So then it shouldnt be a problem to keep the coach then , since the boys can be motivated enough to win matches. Why then the need to get a new coach?

The record isn't bad, but the draw against Chad, meant that things had to be put on hold. The win against Mali was marred by accusations of bias by the referee. 10 games - 8 wins - 1 draw and 1 defeat, might be good for some ...

Coach is learning quite well and quite fast on the job.

A lot more work still needs to be done though.
