  So in addition to the free SHS, MPs are providing every item that parents must provide to their children and wards to go to school with. How? Parents are becoming IRRESPONSIBLE. You don't pay fees, you don't buy gari, you don't buy milk, you don't buy sugar, you dont buy shito, you dont provide chop box, you dont provide steel trunk !!!!!!. What else? Transportation?
