  Most of the Africans are lazy always looking for free free things. Instead of us to start copy and past innovations to improve ourselves, we are still fooling.here and there. There is nothing like new knowledge, the world is full of validation of existing knowledge. Black man don't want to learn to improve himself or herself. Western civilization is very powerful tool . It took China many years to break that bandage of chains but with us, we haven't given ourselves a thought to change the cycle.
  School kids are developing drones and powerful Ai we are talking about reparations. What is wrong with Black man?

  Nana you have said it all,every thing about this governance is deceit because the party executives know that majority of voters are clueless idiots and they are gleefully leveraging on that,otherwise which leader in the Western world which was the beneficiary of the slave trade will pander to such nonsense to warrant Spio’s appointment and he’s also accepted it because it is free money and opportunity to continue traveling at state expense.When Kwame Nkrumah used Ghana’s meager resources to promote himself and African personality what did Ghanaians gain from it? The nonsense so-called’award’ of African of the Millennium? Some people too have started entertaining a certain warped sense of grandiose which has informed this useless appointment and there is nobody in the ruling party or parliament to stop it.

  Come on NDC. There is absolutely no need for this wasteful Special Envoy for Reparations. It smacks of jobs for the boys and Spio Garbrah himself should not have allowed himself to get embroiled in this dubious designation. In fact I even never knew that he had any Pan African credentials of any kind. The issue of Reparations may get proper attention only after Africa as a whole begins to understand the need to stick together and fight for a common cause.
