Why would the so called rival gang harm him if he had no criminal issues with them. Trump is right. No African country should accept this criminal on any African soil. It's sad that a great nation like the USA chose to re-elect a an evil disrupter who openly urged his followers to assault Congress, resulting in death, numerous injuries and damage to property. The President has the right to use the law to go after illegal aliens, especially those engaged in crimes. But using that right indiscriminately amounts to nothing but an abuse of the law. Worse yet, using the law as a bullying and vengeful tool smacks of lawlessness by a President.

Aware they'd kill him & his family if he kept refusing, to protect his family & save his life: he fled to a country the world believed decent enough to protect from that! Teens can hardly survive alone - sure CAN'T navigate a broken asylum system?! NEVER convicted of crimes! Venezuela confirmed NEVER any crimes & NEVER listed as gang affiliated! This is theater of Cheetoh & cult for embarrassing themselves.. Wasn't sent back to US "due to court order" either. Rejected & mocked ALL orders to return him! Law abiding, married to/father of US citizens, always kept a job worked, never missed any ICE check-ins (made less frequent due to his stability & full compliance)! Federal file also determined he was NOT a danger & disclosed the paid informant who said he "looked like" a gang member yet did NOT know him: was later caught lying in multiple cases & they no longer used him as a source. Inconvenient details... Judge in the trafficking case has also ruled it's "likely" the case is "selective & vindictive", so now the tables are turning! HIS lawyers get to demand TONS of information & testimony FROM THE CLOWN GOVERNMENT to prove it's all lies! The government recently sought to dismiss trafficking charge as they saw it wasn't going well & as long as the case is ongoing: he can't be deported to anywhere! Judge refused the dismissal. This hell hole is NO land of dreams, it's more of a nightmare than it's ever been. This psychopath is nobody's friend... Just look at all the blocks he put on travelers from all over Africa & never mind all the life saving programs he cut that we have always PROUDLY, HAPPILY paid for?! 0.7% of our taxes paid for ALL of USAID - best spent part of our taxes. ONE monster ruining lives at home & abroad. Countless thousands have already senselessly died due to cruel, unnecessary cuts with little to no notice!
