As civilized countries produced tens of thousands of scientists, researchers,technologists,engineers Ghana produced criminals and thieves who take goat meat as bribes.

What's all the fuss about a Chinese man getting a degree in Ghana? How many Ghanaians get degrees at all academic levels in China and other parts of the globe?
The difference is that they are not sleeper agents. The Chinese have a reputation of infiltrating all spheres of foreign life (espionage) in order to gain unfair advantage for geo-political domination.
