  The ordinary Ghanaian society is not seeing the full benefits of Law Education. It will be in the interest of Ghana Law Scholl to put a stop to the production of Lawyers, and improve the performance of those holding the Certificates. Very soon many will not recognise that Certificate. Many Ghanaians are beginning to regard Lawyers as the same ADIKROMENTS as the typical illiterates will say. Our lawyers are becoming too argumentative and talkative with no benefit to our society. Majority are Corrupt and Thieves, helping Criminals to loot the state and make it poor.

  I am truly sorry to rain on your parade, lawyer Obrempon Hima Dekyi but your reasons do not hold water. If MP's have not reversed the very excuses/reasons - no matter how illogical they are - offered by the NPP majority and ex-president Akufo-Addo/ Dr. Bawumia for increasing the number of regions to 16 then we can have every Ghanaian become a practicing lawyer and the speed to complete cases in Ghana will stay the same.
  
  We use funds, available or borrowed, to develop a nation-Ghana- not the number of idiots assembled by nonfunctional departments and agencies of state. What developmental projects during the 8-year NPP majority Akufo-Addo/ Dr. Bawumia administration took place because of the increased number of regions? Conversely, what project can the NPP or Ghanaians point to that happened because of the expanded number of regions that could not have taken place?
  
  Here is a solution for the problem you have listed lawyer Obrempon Hima Dekyi: increase the number of Supreme Court justices to 32; 2 justices to represent each region. Have justices appointed be have been birthed and raised from the region they represent; they should have greater understanding of their home region and vested interest in the peace and tranquillity of the people at heart. Of the 2 justices representing each region one could be tasked with providing supervision and oversight administration of distribution of cases to courts in the respective region while the other justice provides supervision and administrative oversight for funding needs, number of courts needed and number of lawyer needed to be appointed to judges to fill any shortfall of judges in the respective regions; both will provide disciplinary enforcement and actions on justices in their respective region.
  
  The set up provides the requisite management skills needed even as the tenure of SC justices increases/grow. It will provide an accurate assessment of judges in Ghana and the opportunity for presidents to appoint justices to Appellate courts who are less political but love for mother Ghana.
