i blame the banks don't lend them money unless they have an asset such as real estate so if they default you can take it

Collateral something pledged as security for repayment of a loan, to be forfeited in the event of a default.

That’s ridiculous and the government should be ashamed of themselves for treating such core workers in that manner. Why don’t you fix that and stop operating in such a barbaric way and you would see those defaulted loans decline! Pay your doctors in a timely manner!!!

You speak loudly but you don't find a drastic solution to the problem. Those overseas, set up accounts with the embassies so that they could pay into those accounts.

Banks in Ghana lending rates are too high. Between 26 and 48 percent per annum is just too high. Inflation is single digit yet banks lending rates are over 25 percent not good.
