Secondly, there is a difference between professional PhD and academic PhD but in Ghana, we lump everything together just because we are not educationally developed. Moreover, in most civilised societies, chartered certificates are terminal degrees. Ato Forson tried to charter with the ACCA but he failed. However, he had it easy with PhD in finance. You can't tell me Ato Forson's PhD is superior to chartered certificate since it is a well known fact that most people in Ghana hire the services of others to write their PhD dissertations for them.

What is this piece of Nonsense? Is this USELESS declaration of Dr. Kenneth ASHIGBEY’s doctorate going to put 2 square Meals on the table of GHANAIANS? Did this Ashigbey guy obtain his Job or position through or by his “ doctorate “ degree? All those in the country with book long degrees stretching out from Accra to Navorongo should ask themselves the number of JOBS they have created for the youth with their long degrees , the number of development projects they have created for the citizens and what they have created for themselves apart from working in Government projects? How many of these guys are even self Employed?
