  AFRICA IS THE ONLY SUPER POWER IN THE WORLD and that is why the corrupt and greedy white man is always insecure and afraid of AFRICAN UNITY. Having advance weapons of mass destruction and technology does not make a country a SUPER POWER, but SELF RELIANCE does! AFRICA HAS ALWAYS BEEN SELF RELIANT, but lacks the educational tactics for mentality change.

  Tullow and Partners's MOU signed with Got should not be ratified by Parliament. Tullow and Co haven't been transparent with Ghana. They have evaded taxes to the tune of USD3.2 Billion by 2023 when GRA dragged them to Court in Ghana on 23 Jan 2023. Tullow went to lobby Jubilee House who with the MoF directed GRA to withdraw the Court suit because government feared the USD3 Billion IMF bailout would be jeopardized. GRA complied. Tullow and Co then Raman to the London International Commercial Chamber of Arbitration to seek arbitration. GRA paid 10% of the USD110,000 if the arbitration fees. Immediately, Tullow backed off the case, after realizing that their Statute Limitation argument against GRA would collapse. Tax evasion is a criminal, not civil case. Tullow, in a Tom and Jerry Game ran back to Accra and have since flown GRA top officials to the US for misinformation and disinformation purposes with large envelopes delivered to GRA officials to quieten the case.
  Tullow also failed to deliver the USD5 Billion promised Ghana within 5 years of production, from 2010. By 2020 Tullow and Co made USD23.735 Billion from which Ghana got a little over USD4 Billion. How can Tullow and Co's production license be extended to 2040 for being deceitful, cunning, untrustworthy and not transparent ?
  
  Parliament must decline the ratification of the
  MOU. No License renewal because Tullow and Partners don't seek the supreme interest of Ghana. They are here to loot and bleed us to death.
