The Ghanaian who led the Chinese to this Chief should be arrested and put in jail. Can he go to China and mine in their forest? We should be a little patriotic and stop that money-minded nonsense.
Which law is against going to a chief to seek a piece of land for mining. Even before you get all your permits I believe the first thing is to seek the consent of the landowner and if he/she disagrees that is the end.
