The truth is most of their recent opponents also have foreign based players yet black stars struggle against them. We want believe Asamoah Gyan because he has been there and done it but the evidence says otherwise.

I don't think believe that. Asamoah himself says sometimes he doesn't understand.
I just believe that playing in Europe, for an African, comes easily. Why it's difficult to emulate in a local team is a huge question.

Semenyo is a problem can’t score goals for Ghana

  • Jiginigigini 2 months ago

    Thats not the case.
Why is Jordan the only one scoring when he hardly been entrusted to a lead striking role at club level?
Didn't the uncle say he doesnt understand why other forwards are scoring and his nephew is not scor ...

The juju thing at the Black Stars camp is too much. Asamoah Gyan had his own mallam during his playing days. He can equally advise to get a mallam to sort them out.

Yes with time they will click beautifully. Those based in UK will also click always to deliver in the national team.

The reality is that Semenyo and Williams are not bona fide strikers. I think Thomas Asante should be given the opportunity to play at some stage. I believe he is a good finisher than many of those who have been designated s ...

Asamoah Gyan is dead right on his "observation" on some of the foreign based Black Stars players. These players find it difficult to ADAPT and work cohesively with the team. However, the Stars shouldn't have any tangible EXC ...

Highly sophomoric explanation /excuse. What about teams with same or similar situation yet play so well together? And there are many of such teams on the continent. Typical Asamoah Gyan always clamouring for ATTENTION!

What about the foreign national teams? Spain, Argentina and co? The problem is how they play aggressively in their various clubs but play as if they’re warming up when it comes to Ghana. I don’t think that’s what you, M ...

It is not worth going for 50-50 tackles with African local players. The referees do not protect the players. Take for example, the wrestling tackles against Jordan today. 2 of the CAR players should have received Red card.

When a player make a run you release the ball.
    This is basic.
I see Inaki and Semenyo make a run always and never get the ball.

For me it boils than to the coach.
