None of those given permits have mining knoledge let ealone mining experience. According to Wontumi, the differrence between illegal and legal mining is the permit. Other than that they all use the same method. They are all responsible for the polution. Akufo Addo enabled the polution 2000 times. Markin got mining concession himself.
