  Between a child and an adult of 50 years who should you spend more resources on? Obviously the child has more years to cover than the adult who could be phasing or wearing off soon. A child at six whose data will be kept in the system with subsequent five years up date where his current physical state will be captured in the system at each update or renewal makes good for data keeping on that child compared to an adult. So spending on a child who has more years to cover is the best investment.

  Left to me children should have been captured first before adults because they are more per our population demographics than adults. Plus their s will project into the future compared to adults who will be dying off soon

We have certificate holders with no brain leading us and therefore don't even know what they are doing. What is the 6 year old going to do that requires her to get Ghana Card if not for personal interest? In fact we miss the leaders who were visionary, our Kwame Nkrumah, selfish, never owned property and aim was to make Ghana great. Currently NDC/NPP are stupid bunch of nation wreckers with no vision for the country. Posterity will judge this wicked leaders.

The student has to be registered at the school or no ID. Even grown-ups or adults in America without a driving license have to go to the state for an ID. Students should have school IDs and not Ghana Card
