  Is this the resetting or the 24 hour economy?
  Why don't you levy all traders through a digital system a day before the first Saturdays in the month then you can alow only those who made the payment to trade on the following Saturday. Then Sunday on Sunday you organise the huge unemployed youth to do the work.
