There are too many doctors been trained nowadays, by so many medical schools for government alone to be able to absorb. Increasingly the private sector, which is expanding and modernising, should take up more of this burden.

Just as other professionals are advised to start their own business with the knowledge acquired from university, same goes to Drs.
Those who won't think differently but decide to travel abroad will only regret later because money is never satisfaction!
