Please stop deceiving Ghanaians and stop making a mockery of Ghana. World Champions means every country was involved either through qualifiers or the tournament itself. FIFA u17 ,U20 ,U23 winners etc are World champions because all countries in the world partook in the World through various continental qualifiers ,then to actual Tournament. As only a football tourneh,did the 17 schools play any qualifiers, how are they world champions when every country isn't involved. Did UDS play any qualifiers, massa 17 countries accepted an invitation to play a tournament so it's not anything. Rose Yeboah is a world champion because she won the gold medal at the world university games in 2023 tself which features 115 countries but that games no longer has football. Please please this tournament isn't a world championship anything because it didn't involve the whole world. You guys should stop this thing for the World to laugh at us because we are constantly failing

Stop your naivety! The world cup first started with few participants as compare to the huge number of teams we have at the World Cup now. Whether you like it or not, the UDS have made history and we have to celebrate them.

It is an achievement but let us not over enjoy it. A university is not a sporting club. Not all universities were involved. I don't think the players will eventually develop their career through soccer,
