OSP want to rely on Ofori Atta for his own criminal investigation.
By law, he can decide not to appear before OSP.

I must admit that extradition processes go through various levels of checks from the jurisdiction where the person is located. These processes take some time, and can be complex, time-consuming. I believe they will be successful soon.

Is the OSP trying to tell us that, he's waiting for Ken Ofori-Atta to come and assist his office for the investigations to complete before he lines them up to face legal actions? Can't he send those he has finished investigating to court for us to know that indeed OSP is working? On the part of Ken Ofori-Atta, what's he afraid of that he's still stuck in US ?
