This often happens when dopamine are often on automatic secretions when you usual perform an act the bring you pleasure on a regular basis. The same goes with love where reasoning and risk detection is
  inhibited due to the amylada emotional dominance.
  This normal physio-psychological response.
  And you cannot associate mental health problem with it. Even if you argue on basis of pervasion like pedophilic tendencies he still doesn't meet criteria from afar. Choice of getting access adolescents without cohesion and having sexual fun is a choice based on loss of consideration for moral values. Is a choice not a mental challenge.

When a grown man with a sound mind does the unthinkable, forgetting that the world doesn't revolve around him, no lame excuses should made for his conduct. Such demented excuses belong only in criminal courts where defense attorneys usually have no defense for their clients' conduct and conveniently resort to waving the mental issue flag before a judge or jury.
