I don't know why we haven't adopted the clock punch-in system used in many advanced countries. You get to work and you clock in using biometrics; no one can clock in for you. At the end of the month or whenever you're paid, you're paid according to how many hours you were clocked in. A dead person can't clock in so they're not paid; simple as that.

And Paymaster General has make a deal with the banks to share those money. I resigned from Ghana Police since 2010, SSB told me, they are still paying me. WHEN I ASKED THEM TO TRANSFER MY MONEY TO A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT. THE INSIDER LATER TOLD ME, THE BRANCH MANAGER PUT A HOLD ON IT, THAT I RESIGNED. SO IN THE BANK MANAGER KNEW I RESIGNED. WHY DO YOU STILL ALLOWED MY DIRECT DEPOSIT FOR A WHOLE YEAR UNTIL AN INSIDER IN THE BANK TOLD ME ABOUT IT AND THE PROCESS OF MOVING THE MONEY BEFORE YOU STOP IT. THEY SHOULD CLEAN GHANA POLICE PAY MASTER GENERAL OFFICE. MANY OFFICERS ARE NOT IN THE SERVICE BUT THEY MADE THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY THEM.
