  Systems are designed to improve the lives of people, but the same people try to find loopholes in the system. Most of the loopholes are exploited by the installers. The solution is to be dynamic. Don't keep a system for more than a year without proper monitoring and evaluation. Stay ahead of the miscreants.

  The average Ghanaian is sooo corrupt. Those who are doing the illegal connections should think how will the company run their services without Bill payments. The inefficiencies plaguing this organisation is also another wahala. Staff colluding with customers for their own selfish greed. Same with ECG and cuts across state institutions. The sooner some of them gets privatised the better otherwise one day this nation will collapse
