If the GBA is named specifically in the constitution then until constitutional amendments I don't see the SC overriding the constitution

There is no ambiguity as to "GBA" in the constitution being referred to as the current GBA.
Except that, the current amendment ongoing should expunged it and make it more inclusive of other association of lawyers.
The current GBA is just a useless npp association of hypocrites.

Afua Ghartey has destroyed GBA. A GBA President who wears NPP party clothes publicly campaigning with her husband can not be a neutral person.

At the time this current constitution was approved the only body for lawyers was the GBA.So until there is an amendment to the constitution the GBA will remain the mouth piece of lawyers in the country.
This law suit is like the Muslims who seek admission to Christian faith schools and after gaining admission, attempt to change the faith school to a non faith school. NDC and divisive politics, God help us.
If this suit succeeds at the Supreme Court, then nobody should respect the superior court again. The constitution is specific about the "Ghanaian Bar Association". It doesn't say "Associations of Ghana lawyers". Period!
