It was a poor decision from the judge. The boy's history from the school authorities shd have guided the judge to give a lengthy period in jail.

The student should have been given 10 years or more.The 6 months is not enough. This is one of the reasons why criminals in Ghana is in its apogee because he knows that he will be back in few days or months. You can't do this ... read full comment

How on earth! Unthinkable behaviour of student towards the teacher. He must really be a dangerous person because he comes to school with scissors in his pocket. Yeah, his punishment is too lenient.

perhaps he had the minimum sentence all bcos he had a very good lawyer to defend him, or he regretted his actions by apologising to the teacher & finally he is a first time offender.
