If fools rule a country the citizens suffer! Start from since 1980 the country Ghana has suffered in the hands of stupid leadership courses the country. If you take away jail system for the people you are doing nothing to save the country but destroy it, no one is above the law in any leadership, the laws and constitution is set for everyone else in the country only in Ghana go and beg through this person or to that person. Where there’s no laws there’s no civilization.
