Really? Let’s guard this a a good pilot to show the skeptics that these will work . The bartended all the business schools and read I believe Adam smiths book basic economics book ‘wealth of nations’ but cannot fathom the 24 hour economy. What about SWOT analysis taught us in business schools where you have to turn challenges into opportunities the dealing first with the low hanging fruits
Another case: we were all in Ghana whenever the discussion of converting some of the elite schools in the urban areas into double stream schools utilizing same infrastructure ie asset
This was during Mill-Mahama time even mooted by some thinkers within the NDC party
