Misconduct charge against you at high court and found guilty will disqualify you to be Appeal court judge or Supreme court justice. Misconduct is misconduct. 3. Our Ghana constitution implies not stated but when you are fired as CJ , you loses everything and CJ knew that . Listen to her press conference when she was answering questions about people suggesting that she resign.
