  You're right. The lady must have fallen into a coma, and the family misto0k that for a death and began preparing her burial when she suddenly came out of that coma. With very little access to emergency care service or ambulance service, it's very easy for many families to mistake a person falling into a coma for a dead person. The country can do better for its citizens if our politicians give up their corrupt ways and instead prioritize private enterprise.

  Severe hypothermia: Extremely low body temperature can slow down a person's metabolic functions to such a degree that they can appear to have no heartbeat or brain activity.
  Catalepsy: A neurological condition that causes a person's body to become rigid and their breathing to slow down, mimicking death
