    THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD BUY THIS GRAINS TO FEED THE SCHOOLS. THE MAJOR CONSUMER OF THIS GRAINS IS OUR SCHOOLS. DOES IT MAKE SENSE TO BYPASS THESE GRAINS AND BUY FROM THE OPEN MARKET?

    Policy is used to address such issues. Nigeria banned the importation of rice to fix a similar situation. What stops us f4om banning rice importation or making the import duty 300%
