Her conduct which has been exposed at the Supreme Court must call for a further investigation. she could be a person who has no respect for. for the laws of the land.
we all know how she became a CJ at the Supreme Court- it was not on merits it was just a political push to do a certain job for her appointed authority.
Her removal as CJ has brought normalcy and has corrected the wrongs that was done against her seniors at the bench.
her conduct can never be leniently put under the carpet.
if you has misconducted yourself as CJ-
what guarantees that she would be a different person when she is forgiven and allow to sit on the Supreme Court Bench ?
she could be a vindictive sour grape person at the bench.
at it stand for now

If Torkornoo had been given the option to either retire or resign but she chose to fight her case in court and lost , she is not entitled to any pension as stipulated by our labor laws . Doing so will set a bad precedent with people who have been dismissed from their jobs demanding their pensions or other entitlements. It is just unfortunate that she may have to lose it all due to her arrogance and sense of self entitlement. No one is indispensable. Even the President can be relieved of his position by an impeachment and will lose everything if he does not resign before the impeachment is passed.

What about the revelation made by Mr Amaliba on Tv3 under two weeks ago, that Madam Tokornoo in the company of some close associates, initially contacted some highly placed government official's' for a mildly injurious settlement - the revelation most haven't heard been denied - but she taking a different approach which has landed her in this situation? Palgrave and those who continue to throw and float these thoughts must stop wasting our ears because the end result is what it is. If the former Chief will now listen to advice from others apart from Afenyo Markin, Ayiquaye Otu etc Al, she must lie low allow time to soften the national emotional sentiments so that in about a year or two time something favourable could be worked out for her in other to assuage her fears of losing what should fully had been her entitlements without her compatriots even noticing. With time, hard feelings are very often gotten over. Please, Madam Tokornoo, most of your compatriots don't necessarily have any hard feelings towards Mr Afenyo Markin however, if you had relied on his advice on this particular issue, just don't involve him again. You can do so on other matters and issues.
A small disgrace is always better than a big disgrace.

5. The demotion brings her back to the bench of the Supreme Court. Now she is the member of the Supreme Court again, to be placed at a spot in the queue of seniority.
6. The relevant question now is: When was she promoted to the Supreme Court?
