WHAT Pratt said ---in support of that --the problem is that -there are too many pseudo educated 'scholars 'in the country ---and unfortunately these characters don't know their limitation. Listen to some of them during panel discussions is an embarrassment ----they are not shy at displaying their ignorance to top it all.
Allow me a little space to divert from my subject --What is the difference between GOD and ALLAH or ONYAME or ATAA NAA NYORNWOR-----isn't it referring to the same ONMINIPOTENT HEAVENLY CREATOR >?----Yet you see a pedantic pseudo scholar is thinking otherwise.
Back to the most pressing concern---absence of CIVIC EDUCATION---hence no idea of CIVIC RESPONSIBILITY-----therefore PATROTISM is not known.
The election of unfit leaders is very dangerous but like PRATT alludes it can happen--not because of MONEY but I'd rather say it is due to the stupidity of the masses .I don't want to believe the story of Vote Buying----I know candidates are financed by individuals and cooperate bodies but for giving out Money or merchandise for a VOTE IS RIIDICULOUS and absurd for the receiver to be enticed and to take .To make it worse the impression is given as if a FLAGBEARER of a POLITICAL PARTY is coming to power to take care of only Party members--whereas a President when elected form a government to be responsible for the CITIZENRY irrespective of a person's party affiliation.-----But like Mr. PRATT is concerned about --it is a wonder that a President would choose to tell his citizens that knowingly even though the ill-effect of GALAMSEY poses an EXISTENTIAL threat because of the gain obtained from the so call precious gold---we must continue to devastate our Agricultural Lands . our Forest Reserves and pollute our Water Bodies. How stupid can a whole President be to ignorantly declare that gold is more precious than WATER.---Does not the President work with a team of advisers-? Don't they know--?--Mr. President I am shocked to know that --you don't know that PLANT is LIFE ;WATER is LIFE and that WATER is PRICELESS---that our WATER BODIES are PRICELESS and not the gold .
You must bow your head in shame for spitting out that garbage --that the GALAMSEYERS are building the Nation's gold chest -whilst the GALAMSEY MENACE is killing us all softly and slowly. MAY the PRESIDENT be forgiven for such blasphemy .I am crying for my country GHANA.
