Only a fool would say ghc17 to $1 was better than ghc12
It depends on the location of the "fool." If you live abroad and send money home, 17 cedis to, say, a dollar is better. If you live in Ghana and have to change your cedi into a dollar, the opposite is true.

we told you drop the cd fast and buy dollar or watch your purchase power evaporate
do run on the bank folks whidrowell all your money and buy dollars of you will be poor very fast ghana cd is worthless and ndc or mahama can not help us *** time to buy dollars *** even if it is expensive
