Waiting for replacement: North or South?
1. The VC of the University of Cape Coast is from the South and he is being pushed out of office.
Watch out where his replacement comes from: North or South?
2. The Director of the Ghana School of Law from the South was pushed out and his replacement is from the North.

That 60yrs retirement age law is the most stupid law ever, no wonder Ghana is not advancing. Instead of taking advantage of the experience this age group have, they are just pushed out and discarded like garbage. In advanced countries retirement at 60yrs or earlier age is voluntary and not by force. Compulsory retirement age with the government agencies is 70yrs old and not 60yrs in Canada. It used to be 60yrs, and they raised it to 65yrs to save on retirement payments. They later increased it to 70yrs to take advantage of the experience these age group possess. The Ghana 1992 constitution is just a useless piece of paper mainly written to the benefit of Rawlings and his subversionist compatriots

We should rather be praising Gtec for this initiative. There are hudreds of such people occupying various positions in the country. It is alleged that some of them are able to alter thier ages just to continue to stay in office. What happens to the unemployment situation if such people continue to stay in office?

Is the GTEC advising the UCC Vice Chancellor or instructing?!
I am not supporting the Vice Chancellor to continue to stay at post or not but, what authority has the GTEC have to say that? Well, maybe it's an advice.
