So he should ask the banks why it takes them more than 3 weeks to make dollar transfers. Or they are selling to abotsi to create artificial shortage.

The Banks are allegedly selling the dollar to one Alhaji back door in Accra. That is black market control....stop giving them the dollar and centralised it.
