Did government invite Tsatsu Tsikata for the occasion, if not then that is one of the most reckless and self serving thing they have done.
Tsatsu was the pioneer CEO of GNPC and set up just about everything we have at GNPC today including drafting and passing the first generation oil and gas laws, training personnel, preparing the first ever seismic map that became the basis of attracting the requisite expertise and capital to Ghana and which eventually culminated in Ghana striking oil..
And so how on earth would you people organized such a program without inviting the man who made it all happen, how NDC?? Or is he unwell and couldn't attend.. we needed explanation, NDC??
