restrictions and quality standards are necessary to maintain a fair and safe construction market in Ghana. Most reputable construction companies remain loyal to higher-regulated local cement, but government intervention will helps protect the broader industry, consumers, and safety against risks posed by under-regulated imports. You missed the point. Ghanaian businesses and trader are greedy, and always looking to maximize profit. Jewish people are highly successful businesspeople and traders. Their strategy is mainly to sell at a lower price to bring them more business. Their success lies in the quantity of customers which translates into optimal profit. Adi di daa na ɛyɛ, not adidi prɛko. Middle eastern people in general are astute businessmen. Let market forces play out to weed out the inefficient folks.

The cedi has appreciated against the dollar but prices of items are the same or way higher. Gradually, the dollar has started appreciating against the cedi. While the government cannot control prices, left to me alone, the dollar to cedi rate should range btn 16/17 ghc, euro 18/19 ghc Pounds 19/21ghc.
The annoying thing is that made in Ghana goods are way expensive talk less of foreign products. What does the Ghanaian trader want to achieve with this wicked price attitude? Even foodstuff cultivated in Ghana is expensive.
