  Mr. President you are running into a trap. Who told you that our local contractors are at par with foreign contractors. Please don't deceive yourself. The local contractors will disgrace you when their roads start deteriorating within one year. Just conduct a poll among residents of the area where the road will pass whether they want a local contractor or a foreign contractor to do the road for them. Please Mahama we love you but be careful you don't run into NPP trap.

  With Ghanaians it is easy to collect half of the money for yourselves and give them a pittance with which they can't complete the projects leading to uncompleted projects across the country.
