  3. Kwame Nkrumah CPP used the Preventive Detention Act (PDA1959) to imprison dissenters and opponents without trial
  4. His life-long position and his PDA could not bring Kwame Nkrumah back to Ghana again (1957-1966)
  5. Ghana History stubbornly repeats itself.

The Church, where the State has limited control or influence, but you have in significant measure, is equally flooded with misinformation, disinformation, malinformation and hate speech, especially from the so-called prophets. These prophets denigrate innocent and disadvantaged people, create confusion in homes, and destroy the socioeconomic foundations and the bonds of families with their hallucinations clothed as prophecies. When the immediate past IGP, Dr Dampare, decided to bring some sanity in such matters, we all heard and saw what happened. Some of your colleagues in that fraternity were up in arms with hue and cry. So Papa Osofo Bansah, what is your take on this?
