  Most people who have a desire to achieve excellence in career or vocation often think that they will do this only when they reach the top.This is wrong.
  The truth is that men and women who attain excellence do so by learning from the very begining to do even the smallest tasks,chores,assignments well.Let me repeat: they learn to do EVERY THING WELL even when they are at the bottom of the ladder of their career and nobody is paying any attention to them. Excellent people do everything well EVEN WHEN NOBODY IS WATCHING THEM OR CLAPPING FOR THEM .The spirit of excellence is best developed or nurtured out of the limelight, in obscurity, when the boss or supervisor is not there or is not watching. Then as they slowly progress up the career or vocational ladder this excellent spirit helps them build a solid foundation.Excellence will magnify or multiply a man or woman's achievement.An excellent spirit over time will make a man or woman stand out from the crowd. People of excellence also learn very early that THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS ON THE ROAD TO REAL AND LASTING SUCCESS.
  Integrity + Hardwork + doing everything well+ patience & perseverance+ endurance + ability to learn from one's mistakes= EXCELLENCE.
