Master, ignore this news item; it contains a lot of inaccuracies. That market is bounded by lagoons and the sea. Besides, the picture that was put there does not depict anything part of Keta market. Parts of Keta (a lowland) get flooded after heavy downpour, but the flood recede immediately after the rains, so, I don't see the news-worthiness of that event.
