    Is the judge by the ruling admitting that he is using the bail to punish the accused before the trial even starts? Is he saying abronye is guilty even before he hears all the facts of the case? What is this koraa

    The judge took the right decision to deny bail to Abronye.By sending political asylum applications to foreign embassies Abronye positioned himself as a flight risk. The denial of the bail is therefore justified.
