  Importing maize to feed the Country is an encouraging step taken by the present Government . First l want to ask Mr Azinu the price of a bag of maize in 2016 and the price today, is it not too high? A lot of people cannot afford three meals on the table a day,are u Happy. The price of Kenkey has junped from 50p/1cedi to 5cedis and 7cedis respectedfully. Now, don't u think the present price of maize is too high? I think the Government is doing the right thing to bring the price down. Bag of maize for 1,600 is too much, and a lot of Families are suffering due to this high prices. Ninety percent of the Ghanaian population depend on maize as their basic food. The Government is on the right path so please leave him alone to work. The North Africans live on bread and south the Sahara we live sorely on maize. (Correction above,respectively)
