    Yes Mr President you may not have issued any licence to mine in a forest Reserve but your own people the NDC are actively mining in these forest Reserve. You know it definately so don't pretend.

    Forest reserves and mining are mutually exclusive and diametrically opposed concepts!! It should be anathema that these two be a part of or proposed together in any conversation.
