You are a big idiot, he asked a very sensible question. After the whole research where are the recommendations and you come here to display your folly.

I don't know the value of education in Ghana - chew and pour, no practicality! I Ghana we have all the solutions to our problems, what we lack is WHEN to implement them. You are thinking of export eh! You are telling us "Europe enforce strict standards", what prevents us from enforcing same? What kind of training that would be beneficial to the farmers and consumers are you going to take the farmers through. Almost all food items on our markets are contaminated but because they are not being exported, those who should ensure food safety don't care. In Ghana, we are only interested in titles and privileges that come with positions.

Every year, when farmers struggle to maintain their farms to produce their mangoes for the markets, someone always comes out with cheap research publications to create more problems for the farmers.
Our research institutions don't see any problems with the slow extinction of cocoyam. They don't see the problems with how maize and gari are stored with chemicals. What about tomatoes, pepper, okra, beans, and what have you. They've even forgotten about aflatoxins, which they came up with, in kenkey and banku.
These same armchair researchers couldn't even produce simple fufu machines, and it took Chinese and Japanese to do so. They only identify challenges but no solutions.
Are these systematic plans to destroy the mango industry.
If they have no solution, they should leave the poor farmers alone. After all the main challenges of the mango industry, including "the bacteria black spot," are still daunting the farmers.
