Coming to your comment on DUMSOR, let me assure you that bit by bit NPP will have nothing to say about DUMSOR, they will soon complain about missing DUMSOR and too much of excess electricity.

You're just being diplomatic. The man collapsed all agencies under the ministry because he felt he was knowledgeable on education issues. Unfortunately, the US experience was totally different from our system and yet opana will not take advice from anyone. People who are not in the education spade were always praising him because he could talk plenty, and gradually led him into a disaster. You can't be sole policy maker and implement same alone. Even as deputy minister, the wrong impression was created as if Napo knew nothing and all credits went to opana. As the substantive minister, he's been the worst ever education minister. The party lost the election largely because of how education system was managed. On top of it, it was all vindictiveness, wickedness and parochial interest.

As we speak, teachers are complaining about non-payment so, what is this man talking about? He is just doing the bidding of John Mahama as way to tarnish the image Adutwum under whose tenure Ghanaian student excelled through "Robotics" on the international level.

Go and check how many schools are having SMART BOARD in the country.. Under his watch, meagre Capitation Grant was in arrears for 9 months which culminated in three years.

Even so many hard critic's like Mr Pratt and A plus single him out and praise him and so many journalist well asking if the N.P.P. loose what will become of his policies As a faithful man who do not claim vain glory for example said STEAM education has always been in our books, the books people like you have been sitting on over the years
At a point he became the face of the N.P.P. campaign because of his policies and how majority of Ghanaians well praising him
