If a judge decides a case and a person is not happy with the decision,there are procedures to follow, it doesn’t call for a removal of a judge (any judge) , much more a chief justice. If politicians begin to meddle in the affairs of the judiciary, there will be no separation of powers and judges will not be able to work freely and judiciously as they are supposed to be. So whatever secrecy and allow our judges to work.A case in point is the Abroye case . No right thinking, law following judge will remand someone for misdemeanour but it’s obvious he’s being influenced by politicians

She gave it to Nana Addo and now the heat is on Mahama. The outcomes of the hearing on Mrs. Torkunor doesn't surprise many who believe in the truth. It was something the NDC wanted and they only formalised it with a dubious process which cannot stand any sincere scrutiny any day. Let's leave it to time.

Justice Pwamand and Adibo Asiedu knew that were being used by Mahama to achieve his long sworn goal of removing both the CJ and EC Chairperson and her deputies, at all costs. The day of reckoning will come one day. JSC Baffoe Bonnie has allowed his bitterness to swallow him.

She expressed her personal views about the deliberations of the committee. Are members of the Council of State barred from commenting on matters of public interest? It is my humble opinion that their Oath of Secrecy prevent them from commenting on matters relating to the Council of State. The scope of the Oath does not extend beyond the defined role and deliberations of the Council of State.

Additionally she did not disclose anything about deliberations on the Torkonoo case at the council of state, so what is this Atuguba who is glued to the NDC talking about.
Its unfortunate that certain individuals from certain parts of the country, granted their so called level of education, tend to bring shame to their kinsmen.

Justice Atuguba should emaulate Dr. Raymond Atuguba his relative and kinsman and know what to say when and where, or otherwise shut up for good.
