Of course the government will owed him that amount but how much contacts has he taken and yet unfinished. For the past 8 years, Akpaloo was supplying Electricity company, Ghana Armed Forces, building schools, building roads, supplying sanitation materials and so many others. But you have to complete certain percentage before government pays you and this man never finished those jobs but getting paid. Now change of government, and the inspectors are changing his work properly. Cheap materials always, all roads needs to be done again within 2 years, school buildings collapsing, electric goods still at the ports , that’s Kofi for you
