If WAEC can't introduce a better system, it should be replaced immediately. The examination malpractices in Ghana has reached a boiling point.
This cannot continue in the NEXT academic year.
WAEC must be replaced if they can't change 3 months ago
WEAC must be replaced immediately if they can't adopt new technology to improve the credibility examination in Ghana.
BECE and WASSCE are becoming a joke!

We didn't see cheating on this scale in Akufo-Addo's time oo. Rather than blame NPP as a default, let's challenge the Government to do better. Otherwise, pretty soon, WAEC certificates will become worthless.

There's no need for another independent examination board in Ghana. WAEC is still relevant and it can do the job if all the stakeholders cooperate with WAEC. Why would teachers who are supposed to be invigilators help students to cheat and then turn round to blame WAEC and also call for another examination board in the country? What happens if the cheating still continues with the new examination board? Ghanaians are confused and unserious.

I think it's high time we switch from paper-to computer based exams. Do it on a PC, simple! Every candidate gets his username and password and will individually do it on a PC. Use the same approach as we do TOEFL or GMAT abroad. Multiple choice questions should be randomly shown to avoid cheating. Then program the computers in a such a way that none can save a file or access the internet while doing the exam. Apply the European strategy. That would improve a whole lot of things.
I'm aware most of the students aren't used to computers, typing etc. but if we indeed want to go this path then we need to included this in our curriculum so that by the time our kids reach SHS, then they already know what's at stake. Let's change the old ways and switch to a better and well-modernized system.
