Please, review the SHS free system. If they pay, they would know the Value of Education and Study hard. Everything that is Totally free is not respected or valued. Why the Teacher must pay for his Tuition, but the Learner or ...

Next time make sure you have police Vans and cruisers on standby if any students misbehaved have them arrested
